30 Days Of…Day 11- “The Best”

On my drive to and from work I often listen to gospel music to keep me focused and alert. Today I had Marvin Sapp’s CD in and his song “He Saw the Best in Me” was playing. I like this song because it gives me comfort to know that God sees the best in me, even when I can’t see it myself.  Marvin says, “He saw the best in me, when everyone else around me saw the worst in me…” Many times people have formed perceptions of us and they don’t see the best but they actually look for the not so good qualities in us. But God, He sees us as we can’t see ourselves. He sees the potential in us that we don’t see.

He knows the plans He has for us! I’m so glad He looks beyond our faults and focuses on our potential.
